For in-house teams

Six tabs become one screen

Meta in one tab, Google in another, a spreadsheet holding it together, and a doc with last week’s numbers. overads replaces the stitching: every ad account behind one login, one morning read the whole team agrees on, and a daily note that answers the founder before they ask.

What each platform shows

Meta and Google sync campaigns, ad sets and ads. LinkedIn, X and Snapchat show spend totals only for now, and they are labelled that way.

The daily note

A brief instead of a Monday report

Every morning, a short written note on what moved and why. Send it where the team already is and stop building the doc by hand.

This morning’s brief

Search spend rose while cost per result held steady. One Meta ad set slipped against last week; worth a look before it spends more of today’s budget.

We are a team of four. Which plan fits?
Seats are not the deciding factor: every plan, including Starter at $49 a month, comes with unlimited seats, unlimited connected ad accounts and the daily brief. Growth at $149 adds daily Signals scans on three sites, 150 Creative Studio credits a month, branded PDF reports, Slack delivery, API access and 90 days of metric history. Scale at $299 is for teams that need SSO and a full year of history.
Does the founder get their own login?
Yes. Invite them with the viewer role: they can open the dashboard and read the daily brief, but they cannot change a budget or edit a campaign. Seats are unlimited on every plan, so the extra login costs nothing.
Can it replace our weekly report?
The daily brief is a short written note on what moved and why, delivered over email, Slack, Discord, Teams or Telegram. On Growth and Scale you can also export PDF reports carrying your own branding for anyone who wants a document.
Which ad platforms are covered?
Meta and Google sync the full picture: campaigns, ad sets and ads, with daily numbers for each. Snapchat connects and shows spend totals only. LinkedIn and X are waiting on ads API approval, so nothing arrives from them yet, and the interface says so rather than pretending otherwise.
How do we know the numbers are right?
Money is stored to the exact cent, in the currency the platform reported, never as rounded floating-point maths. Connect an account and compare the dashboard with what Meta or Google shows natively; that check is the whole test.
An agency helps us part-time. Can they get in?
Yes. Invite them to your workspace like any other teammate, and remove them when the engagement ends. Seats are unlimited, so a part-time helper never changes the bill.
What does it cost?
Starter is $49 a month, Growth $149, Scale $299. The price is flat per plan: seats, connected ad accounts and workspaces are never metered, so the invoice does not grow with the team.
