Ads Manager FAQ

Before you connect

Anything else? Email hello@overads.io and a human will reply within a business day.

Which ad platforms can I connect?
Meta, Google and Snapchat are live today. Meta and Google sync the full campaign, ad set and ad breakdown; Snapchat syncs account-level spend. The LinkedIn and X connectors are built and waiting on those platforms' ads API approval, so no data flows from them yet. You connect each live platform once with a single OAuth.
How does the unified dashboard work?
Once an account is connected, overads syncs spend and performance daily and rolls it up into one view. Total spend, blended ROAS, CPA, and conversions add up across every connected platform, so you read one set of numbers instead of five.
What is blended ROAS?
Blended ROAS is return on ad spend computed across all your platforms together, not platform by platform. It answers the real question: for every rupee spent across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn combined, how much came back.
What does the daily AI brief actually do?
Each morning overads reads your cross-platform performance and produces a ranked list of concrete moves: shift budget from a weak adset to a strong one, pause a campaign with no conversions, scale a winner. Every move shows the metric it affects and the expected delta.
Can I act on a suggestion from inside overads?
Each suggestion is a specific, do-able move with a clear affordance to take it or dismiss it, and a link straight to the campaign it refers to. You stay in control: nothing changes your ad accounts without your say-so.
Can overads actually manage my campaigns, or only report?
Today it reports. The management surface is real and you can drive the whole flow (pause, resume, change budgets inline, bulk-edit many at once), but nothing reaches your ad accounts yet: Meta declined ads_management at App Review, and Google, LinkedIn, X and Snapchat have no write path in the product at all. When Meta approves, writes turn on per account and every one is confirm-gated (you see the exact change and its money impact first), workspace-scoped, and written to an audit log.
Can I automate optimization?
You can build them now and run them in preview. Automations, or tactics, pause losers, scale winners, or shift budget when your conditions hit, down to the hour of day with dayparting. Until platform write access is approved every rule runs in preview mode, which logs exactly what it would have done without touching the account, so a rule earns your trust before it ever acts.
Can I launch new campaigns and audiences from overads?
Not yet, and the reason is the same one above: launching writes to your ad account, and Meta declined ads_management at App Review. You can use Audience Studio to search Meta interests and assemble custom and lookalike audiences, browse the Ad Library, and build a campaign, ad set and creative in the Ad Launcher, but pushing any of it live still happens in the native platform until approval lands. When it does, net-new campaigns arrive paused, so nothing spends before you say go.
How does overads show my real profit?
The blended profit view combines ad spend with real closed revenue from your CRM to show MER, CAC, AOV, LTV to CAC, and net ad profit, not just platform ROAS. Server-side Cloud Tracking (Meta CAPI) recovers the conversions that iOS and ad blockers hide, so the numbers are honest.
Can I build and schedule reports?
Yes. Assemble a report from any metrics, start from a template, schedule it to email on a daily or weekly cadence, and share a read-only link with a client or teammate. A 360 audit also scores account health and hands you a prioritized list of fixes.
Do I still need to log in to each ad platform?
For day-to-day monitoring and the daily brief, no. The whole point of the Ads Manager is to end the tab-hopping. You manage spend and read performance from one dashboard instead of separate ad managers.
Is my ad-account data isolated and secure?
Yes. Every account and metric is workspace-scoped and isolated by tenant, nothing is shared across workspaces, and ad-platform OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and never logged.
What does the Ads Manager cost?
The Cross-platform Ads Manager is the core of the overads superapp and is included on every plan: Starter $49/mo, Growth $149/mo, Scale $299/mo. Connected ad accounts and seats are unlimited on all three. Higher tiers raise only the metered things: AI suggestions per day, Signals sites and scan frequency, Creative Studio credits, and how far back your metric history is kept.
