Claim

Attio counts seats. We count closed deals.

Attio is the deeper CRM, and this page says so more than once. overads gives every plan unlimited seats, scores each lead the moment it arrives, and counts your return on the deals that close, not on the pixels that fire.

Attio Plus is $44 per user per month. Up to three seats it is the cheaper bill, and the math below says so.

TL;DR verdict

Attio owns CRM depth. overads owns the spend-to-deal chain.

Attio is a genuinely excellent general-purpose CRM. A flexible, data-model-driven core, deep customisation, strong reporting, and a large integration surface. If your pipeline is sales-led and complicated, Attio is the right answer and this page is not going to talk you out of it.

overads CRM is narrower on purpose. It captures leads, scores them on arrival, moves them through a pipeline, and carries the campaign that produced each lead all the way to won. Because ad spend and CRM records sit in the same database, reports compute won value, true CPL, CAC and ROAS on closed deals rather than pixel events, then tie that revenue back to the campaign and source.

The commercial difference is seats. Attio prices per user: Plus is $44 per user per month billed monthly, $35 billed annually. overads is flat per workspace with unlimited seats on every plan, including Starter at $49. A 5-person team on Attio Plus pays $220 a month for the CRM alone, against $149 for overads Growth. Below four seats Attio is the cheaper line item, and the math below shows that rather than hiding it.

Where each tool earns its keep

One card for what overads does that Attio cannot, one for the seat curve, one for where Attio is simply better, and the bill for a 5-person team. No card leaves out the part that favours them.

Follow the money

From the ad to the closed deal

A lead lands in the CRM scored on arrival, with its campaign attached. When the deal is marked Won, the revenue lands back on that campaign. Attio is not an advertising tool, so a won deal there carries no campaign cost with it.

Seat math

The curve crosses at seat four

Attio Plus is $44 per user per month billed monthly, $35 annually. overads Growth is $149 flat with unlimited seats.

Per month, monthly billing
Team sizeAttio Plusoverads Growth
1 seat$44$149
3 seats$132$149
4 seats$176$149
10 seats$440$149
50 seats$2,200$149

Up to three seats Attio is cheaper, and its free tier is $0. From seat four the flat plan wins and keeps winning.

The honest fork

Pick the tool that fits the job

Sometimes that is not us, and sometimes it is both.

Pick Attio

A sales-led, complicated pipeline: custom objects, branching automation, and someone who will actually configure it. The per-seat price buys real depth. Pay it.

Pick overads

Advertising is the engine, the question you cannot answer is which campaign paid for the deal, and more people need to see the pipeline than you want to buy seats for.

Run both

Attio stays the system of record for sales. overads runs the ad stack and answers the spend-to-revenue question. They are not competing for the same job.

Common questions

Before you pick a CRM

Anything else? Email hello@overads.io and a human will reply within a business day.

Is overads CRM as deep as Attio?
No, and we are not going to claim it is. Custom objects, workflow automation, reporting flexibility and integration breadth all favour Attio. overads CRM does one job: lead capture, lead scoring, a pipeline, and the spend to lead to deal to invoice to cash chain. It is narrower on purpose.
What does Attio actually cost?
Free is $0 per user per month. Plus is $44 per user per month billed monthly, or $35 billed annually, a 20 percent discount. Pro is $99 monthly or $79 annually. Enterprise is custom pricing on annual billing only. Every paid tier is priced per seat, so the bill grows with the team.
How many seats does overads include?
Unlimited, on every plan, including Starter at $49 a month. Workspaces and connected ad accounts are unlimited too, and every workspace has a read-only role that costs nothing extra. Pricing is flat per workspace rather than per person.
Can Attio tell me which campaign produced a closed deal?
Not on its own. Attio is not an advertising tool and does not sync ad spend, so a won deal carries no campaign cost with it. You can pipe spend in and build the join yourself, but you then own that pipeline forever. In overads the spend and the CRM records already live in the same database.
Does overads support custom objects?
No. The data model is fixed around the ad lead lifecycle: lead, score, pipeline stage, deal, invoice, cash. If modelling bespoke objects is a requirement, that is a genuine reason to choose Attio over us, and we would tell you so on a call.
How does overads compute ROAS differently?
CRM reports compute won value, true CPL, CAC and ROAS on closed deals rather than pixel events, then tie that revenue back to the campaign and source that produced each lead. Spend comes from your connected ad accounts, which overads reads and never edits. A pixel tells you a conversion fired. A closed deal tells you money arrived.
Can we run Attio and overads together?
Yes, and for a sales-led B2B org that is often the right shape. Attio stays the system of record for the sales process, overads runs the ad stack and answers the spend-to-revenue question. They are not competing for the same job.
Which should a 5-person growth team pick?
On price, Attio Plus at 5 seats is $220 a month for the CRM alone, against $149 for overads Growth, which also carries the ad dashboard, Signals, Creative Studio and Publish. If the team is ad-led, overads is the better buy. If the team is sales-led with a complex pipeline, Attio is worth the $220 and the seat curve is simply the cost of a better CRM.
